Silicon Mountain Holdings is a publicly traded company (OTCBB: SLCM) whose mission is to build and acquire niche brands that provide trusted computing solutions which capitalize on rapidly growing digital storage demands. SMH deploys a multi channel sales strategy focusing on serving niche markets in three areas within this high growth digital asset management market: components, systems and storage.

Under the Silicon Mountain, Visionman and WidowPC brands, the Company offers high performance components, systems and storage solutions. The Company’s core memory component and system sales are primarily driven by customer demand for either enhancing existing IT infrastructure or replacing it. As digital content and business critical data demands increase storage and protection needs, the company has begun to expand its solution base with external storage and remote back up services.

To accelerate this strategy SMH has identified and is actively pursuing several acquisitions to expand the SMH product portfolio and better serve its customers. Since 1997, SMH has built a loyal customer base of over 69,000 customers including small and medium sized businesses, specialty value added resellers (VARs) and large institutions. Specializing in high growth, high margin business lines, SMH offers its customers the ability to upgrade and enhance, buy new or replace and secure and protect all of their digital demands.
